About Us

Who We Are
Path & Plate was created from a simple belief: wellness doesn’t have to be complicated, isolating, or another thing on your never-ending to-do list. True wellness is built in the moments where we slow down, move our bodies, share a meal, laugh with new friends, and reconnect with what makes us feel like ourselves.
We created Path & Plate as a space for people who are craving more than just a vacation and more than just another fitness challenge. It’s a place to step away from the noise, invest in yourself before burnout catches up, and experience wellness in a way that feels natural, enjoyable, and sustainable.
What You Can Expect
A Path & Plate retreat is a weekend designed to leave you feeling lighter, energized, and connected. Expect movement that challenges and inspires you, nourishing meals that bring people together, meaningful conversations, time spent outdoors, and moments of rest that allow you to truly recharge.
Each retreat combines active experiences, wellness practices, and unforgettable meals in beautiful locations where you can slow down and enjoy the present moment. Whether you arrive solo or with a friend, you’ll leave with new memories, new connections, and a renewed appreciation for yourself.
Come for the adventure. Stay for the community. Leave feeling more like you.
